Founded by the Calvary Presbyterian Church in the mid-1800. Church leaders sought to provide assistance to slaves leaving the South after the Civil War who had relocated to Riverside. Later the organization sought to assist immigrants. The church relinquished the organization to community members in order to empower them to continue to bring services to the community.
Our nonprofit focuses on making the maximum positive effort for the community. We seek to assist individuals and their families while supporting our community leaders through donations in the transformation that creates an inclusive self-sufficient society.
